
St. Peter’s Place
St. Peter’s Place is a 3-story, 20-unit affordable housing development that serves developmentally disabled adults in the Outer Richmond district of San Francisco. The building is located where the former sanctuary of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church once stood, which was damaged during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. St Peter’s Place is the legacy of this sacred space and is one of the few HUD 811 developments in San Francisco.

Worked with the St. Peter’s Episcopal Church parish to develop a feasible vision for their site
Managed community engagement process and negotiated access agreements with neighbors
Secured San Francisco Planning Commission entitlements
Submitted HUD 811 Initial Application
